Example of Calculating an Estimate time to finish a Project.

Estimate = Optimistic Time in weeks + Pesimistic time in weeks + (4 * Average in weeks)
Estimate = 2 (weeks) + 10 (weeks) + (4*3 weeks)
Estimate = 24 (weeks) / 6 (1 Optimistic +1 Pesimistic + 4) = 24 / 6 = 4 weeks Estimate

Consider the risk in days and weeks and add it to the Estimate.
Risk 1 (2days)
Risk 2 (3days)
