Word 2007 (The Ribbon)

I have two computers one at home and the other in my office, I have noticed that the ribbon is different in each computer one shows me the icon tools as Thumbnails and the other ribbon shows me a List of the tools and I'm trying to customize it to my preferences but there is no option for customization in Word Office 2007. Help!
The only thing you can customize in a ribbon is the tools you want to display but your issue is basically a resolution difference between you computers.
To change the resolution right click on the desktop / click on Personalize / click Display Settings
